Starting problems

Hi
Just bought my first ibiza and having starting problems been fine till now but cant get a sosage out of it started by jump starting runs fine run for 20 mins and now all the lights on the dash are flashing any ideas

If you have to keep jumping it, have you not changed the battery as first port of call? If still having probs and battery keeps running flat, alternator?

id say it was the alternator, cos the vehicle jumping the car ay provide enough power for the car to run for say 20 mins and then after that he battery would go flat after getting no charge from the alternator, and therefor... the lights might come on?

if you take it for a drive ad it cuts out and the battery is dead after you try and start it then thats the problem
