steering problem + bushes

got a 2001 lc with 18 rims an when i go above 60 the steering judders like **** an at low speads if turning left or right then to the center it judders again but now it seems like i judders all the time ive had me balancing done dont do out but did notice me brushes are cracked. would this do it?

got its MOT soon so ned to do em problem put polys in but no point if its somit else which needs doin first.

need some help carnt think of anythin els and yes i have checked me steering fluid levles but does it need changing after so long?

I had this problem had my near side CV replaced as the bearings were soo worn they kept popping out causing a knocking noise and juddering when turning right.

had me cv boot done over 6 month ago and joint was ok then but im gettin juder in a straght line to did you get this
