Steering wheel for seat Ibiza

I have the steering wheel in my car from the first picture I buy new fr one and when I try to put the new one I see the cable are different if someone can tell me how to make it so I can connect everything I am missing the cable inside I don’t know where I can find it or did I need to make a new one
