Stock cat size

Brought a 2.75" stainless aftermarket exhaust cat back for my 2004 Leon cupra checked and it's definitely 2.75


Anybody know the standard cat bore size where it bolts on the 2 bolt flange to the centre section I have unsure if 2"/2.25" or 2.5" before I strip the old exhaust off and have to vernier it
The exhaust came with a bit of old decat/cat but believe it's aftermarket stainless 2.5" so unsure on standard cat size
Assuming I'm going to have to cut and remake the 2 bolt flange to correct size to bolt to OEM cat

I measured my genuine cat in the garage. Looks to me like it’s 2.5” at least.

I’m assuming Cupra and Cupra R have same exhaust diameter???
