Anyone in the London Area had a Leon ST (FR or Cupra) stolen in the London area.
Just received a PCN from Merton council for my 3 door Leon and a white Leon ST using my plates passes at high speed through a bus lane at 01:15am on the 24/02/2021.
It has either a black roof or panoramic roof and is either an FR or Cupra.
