strange film on boot ?

went to oxford today from nottingham around 230 mile round trip. When i got home and went to unload the boot i noticed this film allover the back and its got me slightly worried. Or am i worrying about nothing as just before we set off i sat with the engine running for about 5 mins before we left and i,m thinking i was to close to the wall.

Condensation on traffic grime? Most of your exhaust emission is water vapour...

It Wasnt Smoking Whilst You Were Driving Was It???

no nothing ,clean as a whistle it strange as it wasnt black when i touched with my fingers it was kind of white

I could of checked if there was anything black coming out the back, but as you spent most of the time behind us, i wasnt able to see.
