Unless they've said that includes the water pump as well then it won't so that will be extra. I gather the metal-impellor pumps are a third-party item so Seat will be unlikely to use those. I'd find a decent local garage, ideally one handy with VW/Audi group cars and use them instead. Think I paid about £240 for cambelt, tensioner and water pump so shop around.

I certainly don't remember hearing the carbon canister from inside the car, certainly not with the windows shut anyway. Never read of these things failing either, no idea what's in them or how they work but I do know they're noisy. Think that was one of my first ever threads too
Lew, what kind of air filter have you got, have you still got the standard airbox or a cone filter? I noticed once I fitted my cone that a bit like you say, at low revs if I floor it it sounds a bit "burbly", a little bit like an Impreza (but no, nothing wrong with my coilpacks before anyone says that). That sort of thing?
EDIT - I'd get that belt done ASAP, at least for peace of mind. As for your noise, sounds like you've got the same thing I do. What about that air filter?
I believe the filter is standard aswell? havent looked though.... will give it a peep tommorow i reckon
just been looking at someones readers ride and seen 2 guys on there who have had rods fly out of thier block from a tappy noise up top, this was another thing i noticed thought it was just noisey tappets, now this has got me thinking about me chugging noise lol GRRRR! 
it could be the tappets my old car use to do the same noise like a weird noise comming from the engine bay

Happens pretty much all the time... think its just me being silly tho! It still goes like stink so
