It would be worth logging them in a power run to see if blocks 1 & 2 give the expected results......

Anything else removed apart from the obvious when fitting the mani?...although surely it must be sensor/ecu related if it does it in exactly the same place. I would have said maybe the fuellings dropped with the extra flow but you say fuelling was good on the rollers. PhilW and Benny with k03s maxed out had some fuel pump wonders/issues and changed to LCR/S3 pump and found it better. What map is it running and what fuel pump?

Its running P-Torque stage 2 map, PJ.

Nothing else removed apart from the obvious DP, turbo, intake system & charge pipes when fitting mani.

Standard 180bhp fuel pump too.

Worth talking to P-Torque about the map?

From what I remember Benny and PhilW didnt show any fuelling probs and the pump should have been able to supply but when they changed it made a big difference to how the car drove.

I don't think you're maxing out your injectors - especially in the rev range where the problem lies.

Code:
RPM	IPW	IDC
2640	9.18	20.2%
2880	14.62	35.1%
3280	20.74	56.7%
3680	20.74	63.6%
4280	24.48	87.3%
4720	20.06	78.9%
5120	19.38	82.7%
5440	20.06	90.9%
5720	19.38	92.4%
6040	18.36	92.4%
6280	18.02	94.3%
6480	17.68	95.5%
6680	17	94.6%
6560	5.1	27.9%

Also, some sums of IPW against 317cc injectors @3bar seem to show your maf reads accurately (using the AFR from Motorscope's sniffer.)

did you not say that before the mannifold everything was alkl okay and no faults and all you have done is fit mannifold and this happened????

could it be that the new mannifold is causing the car to overboost and hit partail limphome???

this is on a guess lol

when i fitted mine to the car it made it boost spike and hold 0.2 bar higher than before.

also could the mannifold be cracked atall?? this could cause similar issues could it not??

all of the above is a guess lol as i havent got a clue but trying to give a new direction

IPW = Injector pulse width - the time the injector is open for.
An injector fires once every two crankshaft revolutions.

IDC - injector duty cycle - is the % of the time duration of those two revolutions that the injector is open for.

Using IDC and injector size, you can calculate the weight of fuel being injected - and using A/F, you can calculate g/s of air.

We've considered that, but with limp mode, the ecu pulls boost using the N75. Boost isn't being pulled here.
