Ask russ on here mate he is working with a company on a big turbo conversion on his and will be offering all you need including mapping as a package deal, without meth i think he said the other week that he is looking at 330 bhp...ill have to show you the pics but the manifold and turbo are immense!!! ill see what info i can get for you :)

There is a kit available now but to go big power your looking at a good 4k there Karl.

You will need an engine rebuild with new rods, injectors, ported head, cam
Then the turbo kit with Downpipe will be around 2k
Plus labor costs and mapping.

I've been looking on here matez.....they said I could run280 without head but obviously need injectors cam and turbo....I can fit turbo myself,just need injectors and cam fitted...rods shouldn't be to much but I've got a plan...its not until2012 anyway maz so a long way off yet :).....

Ryan is the chap who developed the kit. I am speaking to him once I have done the intercooler work. Anything more than 250-260bhp WILL require headwork, injectors and to be safe rods. Last thing you want is a broken rod and then engine needing rebuilding. Do it once and do it properly! :)
 
Haha well I can't have any worse luck lool....I dint realise you need head...but I was told haha....
I do want to do this now ratjer than starting fresh with a new car :)

thing is with the kit i am looking at, its a direct replacement, all that needs to be changed is just the turbo hose..the rest is a straight swap which is good because all my ic hoses pipework etc etc will just go straight on:)
itll take a while to do and itll take a lot of investigating and looking around for peoples advice:)

Exact problem I've just had with them...

They've now sent out a brand new unit... This is the 3rd turbo... Fingers crossed.
