Struggling with 1st & 2nd

Hi,

I've just had first gear replaced on the gearbox and a new clutch fitted, got the car back and its a proper struggle to get it into first and second gear.

Anyone got any ideas what the score is, does something just need adjusting?

gear linkage/cables probably need re-aligning or they have done something wrong
