Im taking mine off because it knocks against the induction kit too much, Its a good piece of kit but annoys the hell out of me

i am on the look out for teh air box lid i might try and sand the top bit down to stop it knocking... then i can have my duster back which is stuck under there at the moment lol

Yeah remove the brace
. Think its ok in all models except the cupra as the 3 posted here having the knocking all have cupras

Also my forge dump valve started to hit the brace. Pipe lagging works but looks a bit daft red with a bit of grey plastic

Mine knocks...and my mum doesn't know about it...she got in the car the other day and said "for a new car it rattles a lot doesn't it!"

Ive got some foam around mine aswell, not as bad as it was but any 1st gear acceleration (roundabouts) it gets really bad
