Stubby Aerial

Hi, i am thinking of getting a stubby aerial, but i am a bit concerned that the radio signal will not be as good as the standard aerial gives. Can anybody give me some advice on this and if the signal is not affected, what aerial is the best?

i have got a stubby on mine. the signal was only poor when i went into a building or under a bridge there is a special stubby aerial you can get which improves the stubby aerial

S2000/Civic typeR aparrently they are good. i got a different one off ebay. it was £3 and i dint mind if it broke.

I have the Honda stubby aerial and if the reception is strong then you will not notice a difference really. Only in areas where the signal is weaker anyway does it struggle a bit!

I have the Honda TypeR one too, tried a couple of alloy stubbies and this is far better.

I bought one and it didnt effect mine at all. Stops your car looking like a remote control car too

Also, i dont know if youve already seen these but have a look in halfords before you buy, they do a really cool shark fin aerial. Ill be getting one of those soon £10

I dont have a link mate, I got it from another member on here.

I beleive its from a Honda CRV/FRV though, same as the Civic Type R

I've got the C3 aerial, no problems here.

Paid £3 for it on ebay I think
