Sub package and wiring help!!!

ok i know i should of posted here first... but tried to do it my self and now im confused lol

long story short is i want a sub for the ibiza... had a budget of 200 and now its at 280...

i have found this sub package that i believe will be exactly what im after.. great lets order

wait whats this for running in 2ohm instead of 4ohm i can get over 150watts more RMS...

i would normally ask pete but i think he blocked me cos i was asking to many questions lol so here it is

the sub in this package is a 4ohm dual voice coil... but i can swap it to 2ohm for free (yay i get more power from my amp) but then my mate was like no it dont work like that. cos its dual 4ohm u wire it in at 2ohm... and he gave me these links

so now i am even more confused.... do i not need to swap my sub to the 2ohm sub cos the 4 ohm is actually wired as 2 ohm??

you need 4 ohm dvc wiring option 1

each side wants 4 ohms, to provide this they draw double the power from the amp which in turn halves the impedence to 2 ohm. = extra noise

here is the instruction manuel for the amp lol (think this is y pete blocked me i told u lots of questions)

even tho its a mono block amp its has 4 terminals incase i want to put on a second sub.

do i wire it up like on page 3 fig 3 and then use the rockford way of wiring it up as u mentioned above

or

do i run 2 lots of wires from the amp to the sub and put them in straight in to all 4 terminals???

only has 1 out put but has 4 terminals incase u want to run 2 subs in paraelle
