Changed the oil and filter on my 2016 fr 1.4 earlier.
Ive had an issue trying to stop the new sump plug and washer from dripping.
I had a new sump plug with washer and it dripped straight away, this had a copper washer.
Ive been to GSF and now ive just fitted a different sump plug and washer which is aluminium. Ive fitted it and torqued up to 30nm. Cars now sat and I'm waiting to check for drips in a minute.
If it still drips can i nip it up more than 30nm or is that not advisable
Obviously the copper washer will crush easily compared to the aluminium one
Frustrated with it at the moment so any help is massively appreciated.
