Hi there just like to know how to replace the rear suspension arms is a fairly easy procedure i cant find any video clips of how its done thanks

Check you can get the camber adjustment bolts loose first, many are seized.

If not, it's a t*** of a job.

As mentioned by the other guy, you will need to get the camber adjustment bolt out. I didn't need to touch that one when I was fitting the rear springs but the bolt would not move at all from the bolt side, the nut side had to come off first. Perhaps that will help you out a little, I thought the bolt was seized to the bushing but it was not.

If the bolts are seized (as many are) then it's easier to drop the rear subframe out the car and take it apart on the floor.
