Suspension Fitting Guide?

Does anyone know where there is a Suspension Fitting Guide? I want to do my own susp set and a pictoral guide for the 1M chassis would be appreciated.

check these, they are for coilovers but the process in the same, just make sure you have the right tools and observe torque setting.

I found this on particulary detailed and usefull. It even has the same Koni coilovers I fitted to mine!

It's pretty much the same process for all the VAG group vehicles except on the MkiV based cars the rear springs and height adjusters go the other way up.

Thanks for that link, i'm going to be fitting some coilovers myself soon and this looks like a very good guide.
