My cousin took his Golf there for a service and it came back pretty much the way you describe yours has. I would give them a call and complain, he did this and they paid to have the scratches removed. All you can do is ask - nothing ventured nothing gained.

having them removed and a dent that i can only assume happened in the same place removed too. The customer service side i must say is excellent
