had a few problems this weekend, not good at all, i had been given a FUEL CAT - http://www.fuelcat.co.uk/ , my mate gave it to me for changing his plugs and ht leads, it was on his old VR6, brilliant bit of kit and it works... but i sprung a leak 
, it would be fine untill i nailed it, then i could hear a noise, found out it was spraying fuel all over the bay... so today i replaced part of the fuel pipe and 2 jub clips, i have lost my faith a little now though, also found a buggered clamp on the charge pipe and a tiny split in one of the n75 pipes so changed that but not sorted out the other clamp yet as i didnt have one at hand.
still not done rear badge nor mirrors nor wishbone bushes yet though as im waiting for my son to drop out, he is due tomora....so will have stuff to do in my paternity leave lol
going back to the fuel cat though, i managed to get 132 mile on just over 1/2 a tank or £30 how ever you want to look at it, to me thats bloody good as its all been small trips and a couple of BIG blips, one of them being 157mph and fuk me did the car feal light

had a bit of time to me self today as Demi went to her nans and my mrs wanted to have time with baby and cleaning...
so.... i sorted a little bit of pealing out on my grill surround, took the carbon off the front S badge and re done it gloss black, iv done a trial on the yellow surrounding the S AND i prepped, painted and fitted my tear drops, i need new glass for them and i didnt bother attempting to pull them all apart to try out the elecs from the old one, but i like them.

thank you guys, im really lovin the mirrors, just want to get elecs now but im in no rush
got some plans for this year for it, as im NOT selling it for a while now!!
so this year will see a respray in an in your face yellow, or the oem yellow, glossing the oem rims and the grills, front mount cooler, rear ARB and a set of springs, on top of the prev lists lol but im in no rush and the car ent going any where

i ent got no goats mate,
yet another little update, the leathers have now gone to a new, old home AND my oem R seats are back in there
, im on the hunt for a 225 steering wheel now AND a drivers side elec windows switches as it packed up today

new switched found and fitted, also now replaced the main fuel line, the "fuelcat" i had in ther, did save me fuel on a normal drive but when i went for it, it seemed to use a lot more due to it firing out of the side of the pipe on to the HOT engine. never mind
respray will be done this year, this summer infact its staying yellow and there will be a few gloss black and carbon touches

today i have ordered my paint and all the gubbins to go with it, also have ordered a few bit for my bro in law who will be doing the houners of painting it, iv bought him a new gun and a inline filter that removes water vapours out of the air line
will be taking loads of pics of the progress of the spray and restore job, as it will be off the road for a few days we are also going to paint the rims, grills, refurb/paint the brembos and rear calipers
