Tailgate micro switch

I am looking for just the micro switch for the rear tailgate, it has Cherry PBT ASA GF 30 stamped on it, but with a eBay, GSF and a few other places nothing is found.
Can anyone add any advice for finding this little switch.
It will sometimes work, but shorting the wires going to it always works, so must be this over the tailgate lock.

They might have fitted that to the Toledo as well from Google. Suspect that's going to be one for a Seat parts department. I'm not finding too many hits.
