(OK, so some one say it "there isn't such thing as a good quality tuning box")
You're right - people do tend to lump all "tuning boxes" together and think they're all just resistors.

But there are different types available, some programmable. I've read many an article in Diesel Car etc where they've setup & tested the programmable types with very good results.

the Tunit I have fitted is set at about 75%.

At speeds I could lose my license at, there is not smoke.

Acceleration is smoother, shaved maybe 1 second off the 0-60 time too.

In the words of my mate (who's a mechanic), "bloody hell, this goes alright now"
