why won't they honour it?
I am waiting for a call back from them , will see what they say.
As I didn't buy from Seat garage and also some services done by independents.

It's irrelivent though, hopefully they will do some sort of goodwill.

Ive now got the dreaded ESP light constantly on. Just been on two weeks holiday...car was fine, as soon as I started her up this morning the light stayed on. Can't believe it. Need to do a diagnoisis, Can anyone give me advice whether Seat will still pay towards the fix of the abs unit as a goodwill gesture?

Car has FDSH, bought at a Seat dealer.

Ah interesting thread.

Just before my injector went last week, mine did the same! When the car had been diagnosed at Seat for the injector - they told the pressure sensor was faulty on the ABS unit and it's a cost of £486 to repair it for labour and parts.

Seat UK agreed to pay 50% as I have Full Dealer History, luckily my warranty agreed to the other half though!
