Diesels dont get tested for emissions :D

Hence we can have straight through exhausts :D

iirc the tester only revs it to around 3000rpm gently to check for excessive smoke etc. Revo would have little effect as its not under any load

Errr no:no:

They do a smoke test by sticking a prob up the tailpipe and redline the engine for a 'brief' moment and measure the crap that comes out.

The MOT test station isnt liable for the engine going Kaput under this test either:D

they had that test over here for a while stu and cancelled it because too many complaints (and engines going bang while still under dealer/manu warranty)

Nah its coz her very close friend has a caterham and she wants to be just like him blah blah blah . i personally would have that one alex. looks a beats ;)

atcually... he has a westfield... caterhams are better.... well... less likely to bang. factory build and all.
