TDI Side badges on or not

mine were a pain in the ass, everytime i washed with my lambswool mitt the badge would catch on it and rip wee bits of the mitt, so i sold it.
Totally agree there Kieth have spent ages getting bits of mitt of the car!! Also a pain in the ass to Clay/wax around!!

I have debadged sides and back and just left the chrome boot strip. Easiest way is soap and water and some dental floss. Then clean & wax area. Job done
My FRTDi came with no side badges, but considering placing a TDi badge on the back below the FR logo. The Golf TDi badge is HUGE, therefore considering getting hold of an unwanted FR TDi side badge from an 06/07 model as I understand this is a little less HUGE.
Any unwanted badges out there??

Diary to Date
(Been in garage to date for DPF fault and regen, new rear driver window (scratched), rattle in centre air vent on dash, new recirculation valve (Broken), new gater (poor build quality) and new rear passenger door handle)
(Lots of short runs over past 2 weks - No DPF issues thank goodness)
(Wife has now scratched Alu door trim three times with her rings)
Any unwanted badges out there??
