I have just bought a set of mint pro race 1.2s ready to go on my leon but i cannot fit them as my friend currently has the car. The question is I originally believed that ET45 should fit but now im some what dubious. the wheel dimensions are 225/40/18 ET45 onto a mk1 pd130. anyone who could shed light on this would be a great help cheers.

Are these multi stud fitment by anychance?. Had a set on my 99 ibiza sport where really good alloys from my experience. Gloss black ones the best in my opinion.

Loads of people run these they aren't that soft at all otherwise they wouldn't sell so many years on from release.. ;)

Just don't drive like a tard and over massive potholes. Most rims won't like that :)

I had a set on my last car for 18 months and never had a problem. Drive it hard, drove them in all conditions and was really happy with them. Team dynamics wheels are awesome wheels generally speaking

I have this wheel on my LCR and I've never had a problem with them, I don't really slow down for pot holes or speed humps much either. :D

I've had two sets of tyres on them and the tyre guys didn't say they were out of true or anything.

Can I ask what offset you got these in mate? Do you run spacers at all? Thinking of some 18x8's at ET30 for mine possibly.

I'm 99% sure they are ET30, they only just go over the calipers. 1 or 2mm distance between the spokes and the caliper maximum. Check with Team Dynamics which offset you need before buying them mate. The place I bought mine from doubled checked with them that they go over the Brembo brakes.
I don't use spacers.

Awesome mate thanks for the info :)

I checked with one company and they said the same thing but said the clearance is also very close!

You do realise these are soft as butter and will bend easily, One reason i never went for them.
Yeah should be fine to fit.

Not true, i run these and oem. they are at least as strong as the original wheels.

Our roads can cream any alloys

I managed to crack a genuine audi s3 ronal wheel on the british roads. And they are ment to be strong as anything :O

Excuse the pun but it's 'pot luck' with pot holes and cracking a wheel. Fully forged aftermarket wheels are very expensive to buy. A standard LCR rim can crack as easily as any other in the circumstances imo.

Team Dynamics can take some good abuse. BTCC have used them for years :)

Fair enough but how many pot holes are on the BTTC circuit :p

I don't know of the BTTC mate.. I know of a BTCC though! :p

Maybe the roads are worse where you live compared to mine? Although I wouldn't call mine good at all! :censored:

The Pro Race 1.2 - Ultra lightweight heat treated race wheels.

The Pro Race 1.2 is the most recent design in the Team Dynamics Racing range, designed originally for and still used in top flight motorsport it has now been made available for street use. This awesome wheel has a vast range of fitments and with its motorsport design of 12 spokes and various colour options, the Pro Race 1.2 continues to be one of the 'must have' rims!

These cast aluminium wheels are specially heat treated to ensure maximum strength whilst minimising weight making them ideal for the road or track alike. Feel the extra control and improved handling due to reduced unsprung weight which will help lower your track times.

Don't Forget - wheels and tyres are usually one of the biggest expenditures so keep them safe by fitting high security wheel locks and keep them in pristine condition with our wheel care products.

Have you got a photo of these fitted? I've just bought a set but was recommended ET35?

When I asked Rimstyle about these he said ET30 would be fine with no spacer needed for the LCR Brembo's. ET35 will probably want spacers was what I was told.
