How simple is it to change the temperature sensor on the beeza

Also how much is the sensor?

Which one?! if its the external temp sensor (common fault) then its not to hard to change, its located in the drivers side mirror i think, costs 20 quid, just need to do a bit of soldering to change it.

Have a search on here, there are loads of posts about it.

I spose you could crimp the connections, but i dont know how much space you have in the mirror casing? worth a look, and easier than soldering!
