need to get some pics once you get the new wheels fitted etc im after set of g60's or bbs now so i can drop the car changing the headlights back to standard and maybe the front bumper not sure yet

and you pay £130 a year for tax LMFAO welcome to my world £120 for 6 MONTHS lol so much for diesel being cheap should have got a mk2 tdi and paid £30odd lol

Well today was a slight fail.. Got the back up, new wheels on. Front adjuster rings wont budge, need a tool. Couldn't find anyone with one today. On a plus side, my coildovers are apprently Eibach..! Nice!!
An old friend thinks he has a few adjuster tools kickin around somewhere so he's gonna gimme a call tomorrow..

Also has some old school rimmage for sale.....

yh i tried to lower mine week or so back to get it down a little bit on the front and my adjusters were stuck but was raining so couldnt be arsed to play around with it, im down as low as i can go on the back no adjusters or bump stops but wheels dont rub and they 17s lol

what wheels he selling as i need some new ones as 17s are far to big for me and got to go as front tyres seriously worn down to tracking and dont wanna pay for new tyres might aswell get more wheels

Totally forgot to update this!
Got my G60's on. Had to get new adjuster spanners for the coilovers so I could raise it a bit to fit.

Ideally I'd like to lower the back slightly, maybe 3-5 threads..

But I'm now considering some Camber Shims, I'd like a degree of cheeky stance :D

The way I'm thinking is, it's a 1 liter Arosa, its not gonna have big power. I'm not a fan of ICE and all that crap. There's wee dents and bad paint work and scratches; Shes no show and shine.....
So why not be STANCE! Especially considering I've been a fan since yonks ago and no one really does it locally (They put clean wheels on and call it stance, some might even get 10mm spacers... Wooooo..)

mate need pics lol

i collect my bbs's tomo cant wait to get them on and get the front down been to long on the 17s it was calling for smaller wheels lol

i was rolling on 4 14" space savers for few hours the other days for fun and looked so so so good at the back so went to get 14s and ended up paying £75 for some bbs and new tyres lol

you have any idea on how much camber you going to go for? ive been thinking the same but bit unsure tbh seen one with 4degree and looks so good but dont wanna wreck the tyres to quick and car already skids about at the rear as its so light lol

Liking the car matey. Nice and low, just how it should be! All I would say is spacers on the wheels to get them out a little bit. Bad luck with the previous owner btw, I'm sure you're gonna treat her much better.

It is indeed in the post my friend :) Spacers + rear camber possibly? And add a little MOAR LOWS on the rear too...

Decided to rip the sidestrips off since I have something new for there to replace them. The damaged passengers side came off easily, drivers side was a pain in the ****. Plastics and metal came off easily with a tug, but all the sticky rubber is left behind. Got a fair amount off tonight but it got dark pretty soon. Gonna be busy now till Friday night, might get a bit more cleaned up then....

What's this.....

I have a Mexican Wrestling mask that an actual Mexican guy, a client of mine, gave me lol. It's off the hook. Wear it all the time when I'm driving. Ricer's get even more Hate on.

And this!! This is a scene from how I done the sidestrips.. Kettle, kitchen knife in a sock, and alot of tugging and well.. not too much precision..

Looks worse than it is, it's mostly muck..

Haha, good luck with getting it all off.
And good news about the spacers & YES, camber it lol.

I got some coilies that need putting on my Ibiza, my mate needs to get his hands on a buzz gun first though lol :p

spacers and camber is win on my list next now got my wheels

you got adjusters in on the rear as looks higher them mine and mines on 15s to???

Yeah dude, adjustable all round. I had a good look at the rear last night, it just looks higher because of the slant angle the bumper sits at against the body.. I want to lower it about 3-5 more threads on the back :)

It's been raining overnight... so a lot of the gunk from my sidestrips is off :p
