well here it is ive been wanting to do this for sooooo long and aventually here it is haha

It all started in march 2011 when i was looking for seat ibizas as i liked the look of them and were cheap to insure for my FIRST car haha. So basically when i thought all hope was lost i found an ad on autotrader for a one that was red but had no picture at tyneside auto park and to cut a long story short this was the EXACT car that always parked oppisite my grandmars for 11 years. I always used to look across and thought i would'nd mind that car haha what a quwinkydink :p

went to look at the car and 900 pounds later i came home with a bargin and with this to call my own, a standard 1.4 8v seat ibiza chill with 64000 miles on the clock with 1 previous old lady owner. On the drive home discoverd needed a new clutch as it was slipping but got it on the ramp in the next week and this was fixed resulting in the car running perfect. :D

pretty much soon as i got it the mods started from day one first off i debadged it wanted and exhaust and lucky had one lying around from when my did cut a twin pipe on up for somebody so this came in very handy.

looking back i wish i had cut the whole properly but ohh well.

anyways after this i knew for a fact i needed the cupra spoiler and some rims so got straight to it and got them orderd. So i had the car on the ramp for a while and got to work on painting the drums/arms/struts/calipers and so on so basically it all came at once and well all this happend :D

A week after this after reading adams guide i managed to fit the sub and amp with little improvised mounting from my self :funk:

with this random bit too haha and an essential bit of kit thats sadly lacking from when the car was designed

Well after all this the car stayed the same for quite some time due to not having a job and being in school at the time so times like these when chilling with food, cars and mates were cherished. Heres me and my car enjoying some food and music. :D

With the car sitting like a monster truck for quite some time coilys where needed.

got these done by a mate one day love them nice and suttle and makes the car feel nice and personalised at night.

Ever since i bought the car i wanted it lowerd but again dew to funds it takes time so basically saved like a b**ch and managed to get these bad boys.

After measuring the car and making sure its all setup correctly the total result being front and back from standard lowerd in total........70mm :p its amazing how much difference they make and the car just handles amazing its unreal how much difference there is, also alot of negy camber just ads to the looks and handling.
While the car was on the ramp for a long time again, i decided to paint the bump strips and splitter but unfortunetaly did not get the back bump strip due to not enough paint then not enough warm nights.

Also in this time this was when all so famous YELLOW lights came to play. I thought of this from playing loads of racing games and watching loads on tv and seing that red dodge viper and ferraris with the yellow lights. I always wanted something differnent and something that people can define my car around that area by, at the time nobody at all that i knew or ever seen had them. Alot of people and all my mates told me they would look kak but since theve been on everybody loves them and they grow on more and more people eveyr day. but anyways here some pictures with the lights and the coilovers fitted.

due to running out of warm nights at the time and not getting my ass into gear i must of drove around with a slight pink splitter as i dident get the lacker on. You can probably see it on the picture.

after this i got a filter off a mate for a fiver so decided induction kit was next. now this was a task and a half basically he give me half a air box from a civic so i orderd a 90 degree reducer elbow and a 1 inch t-peice valve and some alloy piping and got to work after i had plumbed it all up it looked great but when we tried it, it had dumped near ALL!!! the oil out the end of the filter and all over the gear box just after i had changed it [:@] . So basically after lots of trial and error it was my dad that was the one who thought of a pcv valve basically this is so that there is pressure in the system so the oil doesent get sucked out of the sump but not to much so that the engine can breath. But on discovering all the oil we went further in the oil feed system and discoverd lots and lots of imulsified oil which was clogging the engine up major.
The pics of imulsified oil and oil in the induction kit and then the kit finished.

Also cut and custom painted my engine cover while i was in there :p

painted the door handles what a faff but well worth it :p

Was at work one day and a standard ibiza rolled up to get fixed and it was cool to see how much different it is. Theres litterely none of these cars around here.

after this got some spacers orderd as was getting sick of the arches looking emtpy before and after pic, before being 5mm and after being 25mm.

the car looks soooooo much better after this and generally makes the car handle alot better :p

after the spacers there was just a few general things like de-wiperd and wind deflectors which by the way there class there such a good bit of kit :p
with the obession of keeping it clean more and more decided to do valeting for people around where i live and this helps my car keep awesomely clean due to my dad being able to get all wurth products ridiculously cheap through work. so polish/ paint restorer and every thing was done and its always sparkling like new now :D
heres a few pics of cleaning it and it all polished plus de wiperd

after adges of looking at how over priced they are and deciding if it would actually look good i managed to get a lcr splitter off a mate for a tenner :D so at that price i thought i cant loose, after fitting it i properly fell in love with it :D it looks so much meaner and race/ stance look which is the look im looking for. form>function

literally 1 day after i cut out the notches on the splitter and i couldent be happyer with the the front of this car.
finally got some good pictures of the car and it looks great.

got bored of the non poping droning noise of the exhaust so decided to remove this fun killer.

once i put a straight through centre section it was great at first it give a nice little rasp but you had to rev it a bit to get it to pop and unfortunetaly it was unreliable and couldent count on it poping when you wanted so next course of action... decat.

after much research and pricing managed to get the pipe and fitted it like so and it sounds amazing.

guide here>>> http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=359017
