Thermostat

Recently I've noticed that the temp gauge on the car doesn't hit 90. Haven't plugged into VCDS yet to see if it is the temp sensor or the thermostat but I plan on changing both as those are the likely causes, or could be something else?

I am just wondering if anybody has a guide on how to as I can't find anything when searching on here.

What engine do you have?

My PD130 was the same. They take a while to warm at the best of times but the cabin was also freezing & wouldn’t heat past ~70

Changed the thermostat & all sorted
