Thinking of buying a Leon Cupra!?!

Hi guys this is my first post!!!

Ive been thinking of buying a cupra since writing off my scooby although my budget wont reach to the 'R' spec only got £5k to spend on a 180bhp model

Anyway guys give me a low down on the 180bhp model! Although my scooby was pushing out about 300bhp i will miss the agressive power band of it, so would a 180 cupra with a re-map take my mind of my poor old scooby?

I guess your asking "Why dont you buy another scooby" - the reason being is that i was paranoid about leaving it parked up anywhere and although the leon looks a little bland it is a sheep in wolves clothing!!!

Well a re map alone will not get you the scooby power and its only 2wheel drive so starts off the line wont be as fast, but it is a fun car and alot of people under estimate it, which i love mind you, you could always get a bolt on turbo upgrade for around £1200 which will take you up to that 300bhp but thats just parts no labour!!

I wouldnt say its bland i love the look of mine....

With a remap you will push around 220bhp but you will need to do a few other mods to get the extra 10-15bhp. Cupra has a smaller turbo than the Cupra R, Ko3 and Ko3s in the later versions so if you remap expect it to be nearly as fast as a standard Cupra R.
