yes but even after you got the pipework im thinking it should be cheaper than the other uni one there not that much pipework to do with it really is there.

Its certainly a possibility mate if you wanted to svae money. But as we've all seen many time the uni kits are not an SCN favorable mod to do. Any from what ive seen figures wise they aint very good at there job either

The normal uni ones are ok i guess... but i dont like the look of them to be honest. I know its a credit crunch but i wouldnt skimp on an important par of the cars cooling but getting a cheapo IC, buy cheap buy twice. Why dont you save up for a Forge one or get them to build you a custom forge unit, only a fraction of the price of the Forge IC and you still get their great customer service and build quality.

No cooler ive ever seen on a mk3 fills the gap more than my one did.

And yeh anythings better than standard lol

im not going to much on the power side prob keep it at stage one for a while so the uni one should do the job fine. i could justify the money for the forge one if i was gong ko3s and the rest.

i have a uni one mate works fine and better than original crap one if i was u buy the kit off ebay ull no where u stand then mate.
i also agree with the forge one there to expensive for what they are if ur going big power then maybe .

I had a thought it might be this car which is why i asked. Its my old car an i was the one who had the cooler made by forge. Im glad to see it again on here, if ya wonna know anything about it just drop me a pm or something mate. How much you grab it for aswel?

or you could go laguna fmic... fills the whole gap similar to Myki's old one and it's pretty damn good performance, possibly better than the uni?

The intercooler in question is exactly the same as the one used in the universal intercooler kit
