tickover on leon fr's cupra diesels

i was just wondering if my leon is ticking over a bit fast..900rpm...ive never owned a diesel before but im sure my dads old gt tdi golf idled at about 800 rpm...
is this normal for a faster tickover..if not im seeing the dealer this weekend about some stone chips their fixing and il get him to sort it..if its a problem that is

I think there might've been an issue with tickover and vibration which was cured with an ecu update to increase the idle speed. So I don't think it's much of a problem, probably how it's supposed to be.

haha cheers fester...i did spend 2 hours at work today fashoning a trap like contraption out of some paper clips and sticky tape....but i think your plan is better
