i'm well happy with the way mine looks now, gonna keep the big S tho i think it's cool how the boot opens with it, the seicento had a key hole and thats it.. i'm easily pleased obviously!

and after the thoughts of you guys i'm glad i didn't rearrange the badges to say 'look at me i'm a nob' lol

I'm gonna take all mine off, and just have 'I B I Z A' across the middle, if u'v got a cupra, i think it looks good to have just 'C U P R A' across the middle 2. i think taking them all off looks good, but only on certain cars i.e not ibiza's lol

debadged it looks well smart - dont think im gonna go with the spaced lettering looks a little barry to me tbh, like you see old escorts with them spaced out i know ther newer ibizas come like that but my mates would lay in to me summit stupid, beast ! why would you want beast on back lol ! ill post a pic soon if anyones interested but its only debadged loads a peeps on heres got it on :p getting my gaiter on friday been at dealers since last thursday so ill be fitting that sooon, went for the brushed alu look as im too white to have chrome ;)

I know it sounds a bit naff, but I've always fancied putting 'DIESEL' in silver letters on the bootlid - car must be remapped first, though

btw Demon Tweeks sell the lettering...

Noooo, dont put diesel on the back!!! Everyone will know already from the tractor like engine noise and clouds of smoke lol :D

Would need a bodyshop to take S off the boot, reed's right would cost alot, and its so much cooler than a gay handle!! They do look alot better with the subtle/debadged look though!!

wooo im right, loving car dossa especially the ring and the mini badge, very nice. i thought the gay handle looked good at first but now i have debadged it i want it gone but frankly i like pissups to much so the handles staying :p

welll title more or less sums it up, i got a ibiza sport in yellow do they look good debadged? i like the smooth boot look but want to keep the big S  what do you guys think ? shall iget it over and done with ? by the way my car is 05 so says seat in one corner then ibiza in the other - decided if i dont like it debadges then ill buy the spaced lettering from seat like Guiness did or i think it was Guiness his car mods faster than i can keep up :)

cheers lads Reed

My Cupra had been de-baged before I had it and love the smooth look, but its a very personal thing. Glad that everyone does something different as it would be a boring world.:D

Can you just pull the badges off and they don't leave marks or take the paint off?
Cos I'll do that straight away if thats the case!!

Welcome to the site! :) The badges are stuck on with double sided padded tape. You might find some of it will get stuck on the tailgate. In so, either roll it off with your fingers or use degreaser or something to get it off. You might find that warming it abit with a hair drier first might help take them off. Use some polish after, clean the area and you shouldn't be able to see where they've been. :)

Cheers, That sounds simple enough, I'm giving it a polish and wax this weekend so I'll do it then! Cheers for your help!........................

You guys got any tips for me? (My car is an 04 Black FR TDI), like making the airflow better........etc..........etc
