Hello All,

At the moment I'm just looking at doing cheap mods, anyway I was thinking how it would look if removing the 'S' badge from the front grill. Please don't get me wrong I'm extremely proud of the fact I own a SEAT, I can honestly say it's the best car I've ever owned, I just wonder if it would look more aggresive?

I've seen a pic somewhere on the forum with a honeycomb grill to match up with the lower grills but still undecided if the OEM grills also contribute to towards the cars aggresive stance, does that make sense?

I probably sound like I've got anger problems but I'm not that aggresive myself!:banghead:;)

I like the original grills to the side of the S badge, didn't really like the honeycomb ones, original look more aggressive, could spray it to match the car.

Hmmm, some good ideas there. Thanks.

What do you think about using T-Cut on it? Would that turn it black?

Hey steffers,

If you could find the pics, that would be good. I've done a search on his username but nothing comes up.

Thanks, Phil.

Hmm I think they look better standard as the Chrome surround then looks out of place. I broke mine last week and have been running around without one all week./

Doesn't look good!!

Well, I just going to cover my SEAT badges with carbon fibre. I poked the badge on the front and it fell through in front of the radiator , I can't see the poxy thing anywhere and there's only one place it could go. So that's my plans for sunday afternoon down the swanny. I'll have to talk to my girlfriend now! :wtf:

On the other hand it does look ok without it (like Turbins), could take a while to get used to.

Funny....

When I first got the LCR I was trying to get under the bonnet...
Beings you press the back seat badge to get into the boot I assumed it was the same for the front....And pressed the badge right out of the grill...Good job my wheel arch's had hunge holes in. Managed to retreive the lost badge after it fell out the wheel arch on a roundabout....:cartman:

Pretty easy to de-badge.
