Toledo Mk3 named as one of the worst cars of the decade by Autocar

warren_cox

Back from the dead
Seat Toledo
On sale: 2005-2009
Price: £13,350-£18,100
Sales target: At least 2500 annually
Sales achieved: 1853 peak in 2005, 3264 total
The bustle-booted Toledo was essentially the same car as the Seat Altea, but with a distended rear end whose presence was easy to spot but hard to fathom.
Verdict: Painful proof that bigger really isn’t better.

Beauty.....eyes.....beholder

On 2nd Tolly in as many months but thats another story. Yes it does have a bit of a quirky back end....a Megane on extra lard.....but from the front its an Altea with the added bonus of a bigger boot (which is bloody handy).

As for some of the other cars in that Top 10, yes there are some mingers, mainly Renault and that Subaru, I would say, but then again........Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.....I love 'em

Its just a car, box on wheels etc.

Practical, economical and reasonably nice to drive.

It fits my needs perfectly.

But as said in another post, its a bit of a munter. :)

A little like an old smelly dog, faithful, but no oil painting.

Oooh nice!

Will have to settle for my Silver stylance model I guess, though I think I do prefer the shape of the Toledo to the Altea
