i think Toledo but do you like the Leons or Toledos more
Leon, simply because its an evolution engineering wise, compared to the Toledo.
As Plato said, the Toledo was a good car but the chassis wasn't great, and even a race car is still engineered on the road car its homologated from.
The Leon has a more balanced chassis, and is a fantastic race car through the twisties. As a hatchback it can suffer from lack of straightline speed. However nothing is ever perfect.
Toledo is a good race car, and Motorbase are proving its still got life in it. But as a race car the Leon is the better engineered and the more competitive.

I agree but i still go for the Toledo. glad we've still got guys driving for SEAT-hardly anyone knows what a SEAT is. gime a rifle so i can shoot out Matt Neal's tyres

The fact its winning a poll on it's looks, doesn't make it a better race car unfortunately.

Think the Tolly has a stronger shell and survives the mayhem better than the Leon.
They are tough motors- I was hit by a large artic last year and my Tolly though battered from stem to stern kept me from serious injury.

The mkII Leon has to be the best race car, however the performance of the Motorbase Toledo's so far this season is very commendable, I recall Turner having difficulty in getting past in some races.
Its shorter wheelbase, and less protected rear end is an unfortunate drawback of a hatchback in racing. The Toledo has a big boot hanging over and behind its rear suspension. Which of course helps to protect it.
The crash the other weekend which both involved the Toledo and the Leon, proves what kind of shunts they can take. They both made it out for Race 3 and both finished.
Testament to the strength of both cars, though remember these cars are pretty much built around their roll cages which are in turn part of the whole chassis.
The build quality of the SEAT Sport race cars, old and new is something very special.
The Tolly obviously still flies better though (see picture above) due to it's areodynamics one presumes
