Hey guys

Does anyone know what the tool is called that is required to remove the bolts that hold the drivers seat down?

It looks like a torx bit but it's got a lot more 'edges'.

Any help appreciated :)

Cheers mate.

That's definitely the same bolt. I'll see if I can get hold one.

Dropped a bloody microSD card down the side of the seat, and it happened to go under the rail that holds the seat in. Going to have to remove one corner to lift the seat!

Any idea if it needs to be retightened to a specific torque?

I have no idea on torque tbh, I never have done anything by the 'book' figures. It's either tight or f**kin tight.

Try sliding a thin screwdriver or knife from the rear footwell. May save you some hassle. Good Luck :)

It's a nightmare to get at where it's gone in. I've tried everything lol.

See if I can pickup the bit when I go out later.

Really??? lol

And there was me thinking you hadn't invented pound coins in south Yorkshire yet - sure it wasn't a shilling?

Definitley a pound coin yes, I know you Halifax lads wouldn't have let it even hit floor, would have probably hit you on the back of the head :p
