Touch screen gone blue? 2014 Leon

Bit of an odd one, my touch screen has gone blue with yellow text at the top which I believe is displaying the screen position. Everything works fine on it, touchscreen etc, or be it behind a blue screen.
As the text is being displayed, is it possible some kind of menu has been activated?

I would suggest doing a soft reset, hold the power button down until the unit reboots.
