trouble with fr

hi all just wonderin if any1 has had these probs with the 150bhpFR am gettin a really loud noise and vibration from the back of the car wen doing 30 and above and also finding the car has underpowered since i got it new but seat dealer says theres nothing wrong with the cars power can any1 enlighten me

Could be the petrol version instead of the diesel.

Rumbling could be the wheel bearings, but hard to say with the description given.

well i also thot i got used to it to but i dont think thats the problem i have trouble keeping up with other cars ie i had a 2ltr astra pass me n couldnt keep up with it (astra was standard no mods) i have problems keping up with 150bhp deisel vectras argh its doing my head in am i the only 1 with this problem

my petrol fr is standard and it goes like fook

yours must have a problem by the sound of it

standard apart from a pd160 intake and green cotton filter......................................that'll be about 300 bhp then heehee

have the brakes on the rear been checked are they getting very hot smelly ect could be seased on! causing the vibrations and lack of power

or

wheelbearing

or

tracking

balancing of the rear wheels tyres on back to front ect ect

iv had the tracking done rash but not had the others checked out iv had the car in before to seat and they told me they couldnt find any faults with my power loss but they dont drive the car every day i do and no every fault that appears
