Model Year 21/22 Water leak, High temp, expansion tank empty

Hello all, new member here. I have a 2021 VZ2 that recently broke down and had to be recovered to my local Cupra dealer. I had a high temp warning, low coolant and when i checked under the car there was coolant leaking onto the road but i couldn't see where from. The expansion tank was bubbling and the level dropped to empty within a few minutes. Now the odd thing is that my dealer checked the car and stated that there was nothing wrong with it???? Has anyone else had something similar? I have driven the car 40 miles to work this morning on a mix of A roads and motorway with no issues.

Could be a coolant hose (bottom hose more than likely). I hope it isn't a head gasket, as the header tank blowing bubbles is a classic sign of a blown head gasket. Is the oil milky? If the header tank water oily? Any white smoke from the exhaust?
