100 percent it can be done there. Let me know if I'm right on it. Certain you need your key coding to the DSG box too. I don't have DSG uprated performance clutch so mine only came up with safe mode immobilizer and when I put my foot on the gas it killed the engine.

Ok. I'll ask... When I revved the car it just came down and shut off too...

I am at the dealers now and asked about the key. You are correct in saying the key is coded to both engine and gearbox. They say it's all linked together hence my gearbox error code..

All done....And working.
Looks like no amount of key fob button pressing while putting into ignition or door was gonna work... New key fob means a trip to dealers. Unless of course you have the same devices the dealers have....
