where can i buy skirtless racing pistons, H beam rods, lightened uprated crank and uprated cams? looking to use either a garrett gt28rs or hks gt2835r with external wastegate. using a stand alone ecu so i dont need air flow meter and looking to be running 1.4 -1.5bar, is there a stroker kit availible to increase the cubic capacity of the engine,

I think you need to speak to a tuner / engine builder who specialises in VAG cars

It sounds like you're speccing your car based on Gran Turismo rather than good advice.

Try integrated engineering.
Im sure they have a link in the sponsors section.
You are talking big money though for all that, so be warned!

are you having a laugh mate. if you dont even know what your taking about dont say anything, i was asking where you can get the parts from if i knew i wouldnt of asked on here, ive never seen a vag tuner locally, and all my mates use jap cars that you can find parts eaisly. im wanting to build a track car not a road going shed.

its no wonder you cant get technical advice about more complex thing on here rather than the usual crap that gets posted over and over again with a muppet like you on here,
sounds to me like your a bit cheesed that your car is **** mate.

Basically m0rk in his blunt way was saying that the pieces you have mentioned are not all needed to get the best out of your chosen vehicle.

Meanwhile cupra-paul is chilling out...

He could research the 'search' function, the BT discussion area etc

No pleasing some muppets (but there is temp bans)

VVT on later models.. is variable valve, BUT not in a vtech kinda way, only emissions related change
