So recently took in a Leon fr 2.0 Tdi had a ridiculous amount of turbo flutter and no boost after 2500 revs. Wasn’t particularly bothered as I know the turbos on theses go all the time, plus it came with a replacement turbo (off eBay) took the old one out put the (new) one and we have boost again. However it’s stuttering in 3rd and 4th in between about 3000-4000. So any help on that would be gratefully taken on lol. Any way now to the real reason for my post. Upon taking the old turbo apart to see what’s wrong and could it be repaired I was greeted with this .. . . Just wondered how this has happened as I’ve not see it before , thanks
