Turbo juddering at mid boost help needed !!

I've got a stage 2 Cupra 1.8T.

Two nights ago I went to plant my foot and was met by a rough juddering noise at about 0.75 bar. Shortly after a coil pack went on me ( due to a service earlier on in the week thought I might have upset the coil)

So I replaced the coil pack and it still judders anything after 0.75 seems to keep boosting but slowly and making this noise. Had a gas generator put on there today with no leaks bar a bolt hole in the head between the middle cylinders?

The garage said to give it a good rev then switch It off to see if the turbo bearings had gone but all sounded fine. What's the possibility of it being the turbo actuator and do I go and buy a forge one but have it set up properly on a rolling road?

I'm stumped now as i don't really wan to drag it all apart to test the actuator with no real advice on any other problems that could cause it.

Any help would be much appreciated

i believe so doesnt seem to be running on 3 anymore although im a bit skeptical whether this is the case. i had two new ones so replaced cylinder 1 and the rough idle disapeared but may have another one thats faulty.

how would i check this as i can only achieve the 0.75 bar of boost with the engine under load ?

normally you would have the car running and remove coil pack and then refit if it dont affect the running of the car then you know that one to be the problem.
did you do anything else during the service like spark plugs or clean the throttle body?
are the coil packs all fully pushed home or connected properly sorry if it all sounds pretty obvious but it is normally the simple things.
do you have vag com?

yeah new plugs with a service, cooler iridium ones than standard found them of a thread on here. yeah i did this when i originally had the problem, maybe i was to hasty in swapping the first one i checked so i will try and swap each coil at a time and take it for a run and see if that solves the problem.

Yeah i've got Vag com will be having a look into it a bit better tonight.

yeah I'm hoping for something simple and i really appreciate the help mate so cheers

So been at it for 2 and a half hours. Swapping coil packs left right and centre. The two new ones that I had provided with my Audi looked slightly different with no Audi, seat or vw badges or even any part number on them. They where obviously nock off's so went to vw and bought two new ones. One for a spare and the other to replace the crap I put it.

Worked a treat all back to normal :)

So don't skimp out when buying coil packs
