Ok just taken some rubber boost pipes off, cleaned them up and clamped them back on tight, when doing the log i was unable to get upto 4500 RPM, hit about 3500 and a huge ball of black smoke poured out the exhaust!! As soon as i backed off the throttle it didnt smoke again?????

Will email you what i did get on the log (sorry its a bit long!!)

Hmmm group 2 on your car is different to group 2 on my car. What i really need to be able to see is throttle posistion %. Im not sure which group it will be in on your car but i guess you should be able to find it. Interestingly either your requested or actual MAF values are sat at 850 mg/str all the time which Kind've indicates something wrong there, although this may be because of how the mappers decided to map your car. Also the logs you've taken are really short. To get a good log you need to be going up a steep hill in fourth so that it takes a while for the revs to build.

Basically If you could try to get a log like you've done but with a section of full throttle in fourth up a steep hill that will help analysing whats going on. What we need is a log of the groups which contain, Throttle posistion , maf actual and maf specified (3), map actual and map specified (11). Hopefully you can find those and get a log up a long steep hill in fourth or fifth so the revs take 10 seconds or so to build.

Ok thanks for all the help, issue is now cured! Took loads of boost pipes off and noticed somthing ... The pipe onto the vacuum pump which is held on with a single use crimp clamp had come loose, oil was leaking out of the vacuum pump and I was loosing lots of vacuum pressure! Put the pipe on tight with a jubilee and no more limp mode :) :) :) :)

Thanks all!!
