turbo rebuild kits

how good are these kits and what do they actually replace?

if a turbo has some shaft play and is burning oil, will one of these kits help? or is it new turbo time?

if your turbo needs fixing mate, buy another as its too expensive to get someone to balance them properly.

my turbo's fine but I saw one on ebay that has those symptoms, and wondered if these kits would sort it...

i don't think i'll bother!

like cordobabrendy said, your better of taking it to a specialist if anything had to be messed with......they balance them to silly rpm's which you'd never be able to do yourself.
