Hey All.

I have a TDi sport and want to fit a turbo timer, there is no real reason i dont need one and my car suffers from no problems, but i want one. LOL. I was thinking of the HKS Turbo Timer Type - 1. Any one know f this part is any good and if its possible to fit one to my car?
Cheers

I've seen them for £111. For a bit of fun really, i'm not sure weather i want to remap my car, yes i would like extra power, but i think i would prefer to do some bolt on mods then remove it all when selling. I think its better to put the money for a remap towards a better car.

I'm not sure I understand the reasoning on this one? I'd still get a remap.

What if you dont buy a turbo next? Thats £111 gone straight away

Complete waste of money IMO.

I have a modified Impreza STI and still don't require one. Just drive the last mile or 2 normally to let the turbo cool down.

Don't know about diesels/Seat's but the STI has a water cooled turbo anyway so even after switching off the engine the water continues to pump around and take the heat away.
