Turbo upgrade?

Hi all im was wondering if anyone knows how much i would be expecting to pay for a turbo upgrade on my car? i have a LCR with a turbo back miltek system inc Hi-flo cat and downpipe i dnt have a fmic however im led to believe there quite good anyhow but if i have to upgrade that to all the better.

is a 3000 budget doable or am i looking for a miracle?
does anyone know where i can get this done?
