Turbo wrecked

Hi, my ibiza fr tdi has a sick turbo. It works fine and there is no lose of power but the noise it makes is unberable. When i start the car and drive easy it screeches so loud and when i accelerate hard its normal. I just got the flexi pipe up front replace as it was blowing after this the noise has got louder. Its like there is sand in the turbo or something. I'm takin the car back into dealer on fri for them to see it.

Any ideas or help would be good?

ps whats the chance of a broken engine/gearbox mount at 12,000 miles?

If your cars still in warranty then the miles that you have done should see a full replacement of the turbo and the mount.

The service manager is very helpful and said if it need a new turbo then thats what it'll be. I just wanted to have an idea what would cause this?

Oil blockage, they should replace the oil supply line when they do the turbo.

They are replacing the turbo and mount for me so all is good except i'm drivin a 1.2 12v ibiza until mine is fixed
