Was having a chat with a mate the other day he is an escort rs turbo and xr2 enthusiast and he was saying what i could do to my standard actuator on my turbo. sumink bout winding the rod in or sumink so it doesnt let as much presure off and keeps the boost up im totaly confused any1 help me???
the person that owned the car before me put this dumpvalve on there i got a printout from the parts department from my work of the hole turbo system on my cupra to buy all standard parts that where removed and chucked away by previous owner and looked exspensive i would realy want to put the recirculating valve on the from forge and get rid of thee baileys wot parts would i need to by to put it back to standard??? or so i can just put forge 1 on there??????/
inlet manifold hose if its cut and recirc valve i would say maybe hose from metal boost pipe along back of engine the the recirc valve if this is missing!
when i get new forge inlet pipe i will by new recirculating valve and pipe from seat as power and reliabilaty is prime for my motor!!!! how much is forge 007 recirculating valve
I also have a mate with an old r5 gtt he said he would shorten the actuator rod or something to allow more boost is this right or is he talkin b@ll@cks??
i dont want to damage the car i have just got it (2 days ago brand new)
already had car remapped! best mod yet, apparently angel tuning technician said he could get my car from 180bhp to 220bhp but will have to wait till i can get her rolling roaded looking at other remap results i wont be holding my breathe to get this much!
