Hey everyone,

my plan was to buy 16 inch alloys and lower my ibiza as its on its tip toes right now
BUT
i been advised that lowering the car makes it "age" faster in the sence its not made to drive lower than what it is! and that 16 inch tyres are more expensive

so i thought why not just fill the gap with some 17 inches?
are 17s a nice fit or are they too big?
and will they rub arches due to the fact i have to go over a speed bump or 2 every so often every week?

Thanks in advance
Wisey :D

Just lower it until it scrapes the bumps

with 17s on it will look like its on stilts still, maybe just drop it 40mm with the 17s on

it wont age the car if you buy a decent set of coilovers, and ive your not too fussed about tyres you can get toyo proxy 4's off camskill for about 45 quid each for 195/45/16's
